Sessions are all 121’s and take place either via phone or online, to have an online session you will just need a smartphone, tablet or computer that is capable of downloading the required app, I can talk you through this if you need assistance to do so. I am here to make attending sessions easier so that you can focus on your recovery and journey through grief.

Sessions last for 40 minutes and are available in single sessions or as blocks at a discount but your initial session may only be booked as a single online 121 session.
